Description

A Chinese bronze gu-form vase. 17-18th century;

14-1/2 inches high (36.8 cm.)

The beaker-form vase with incised key decoration within cartouches to the neck, bulbous mid-section with stylized dragonheads within key borders, protruding bamboo motif flanges, raised on a flared base.

Condition Report:

Remnants of red lacquer to the mid-section, lacquered underside with crack. Scratches.
