Pre-Columbian Nayarit smoking or eating figure with painted polychromed swirling and tribal tattoo designs all-over the body. A Pre-Columbian seated figure from the ancient region of Nayarit, West Mexico, circa 200 B.C.-300 A.D.

Dimensions: 7.25 Inches tall, 4.25 inches wide, 4.5 inches deep

Condition: Very good, no issues.

This example measures approximately 7.25 Inches tall and depicts a seated male. He is holding an object to his mouth, which is interpreted by most scholars to represent the act of smoking tobacco or some other substance, perhaps through a smoking tube. It has been speculated that such depictions may represent shamans.
