Description
This midcentury texas oil painting is done in hues of gold and black. Thomas L Lewis pioneered many sepia techniques in Texas landscaping before he moved to Taos New Mexico to open a renowned Art Gallery, circa 1950. This particular landscape was done near Lake Caddo in East Texas which is famous for wavy bayou trees.
