Tiffany studios Reactive Vase. Cased with splashes of orange, yellow, pink and green on an opalescent glass background. Favrile is the broad name for Tiffany’s handmade iridescent glass, but reactive Favrile takes it further with a special chemical finish. It changes colour when exposed to heat, light, or even your touch, blooming from deep purples to fiery reds in seconds. Like a heartbeat under glass, pulsing and alive. Quite heavy just under a 1/4 inch thick. A rare and beautiful addition to your cabinet collection with a classic footed form. 7.5 inches tall. This vase is rare and absolutely stunning!
