An ancient Chinese carved and painted grey stone sculpture of a dignitary, Laohan, Deity, Emperor or king from the 12th-14th century. Yuan -Ming Dynasty. A seated elderly man robes with a dignitary hat. The figure appears Taoist to Early Buddhist. Rode appears to have been painted blue.

Condition; Good with missing right hand and chips throughout. Head appears to be reattached. Solid stone.
